eec-iv 1995 1.9L for racing
I am looking for info on the adaptive influences of the eec system on a 1995 Escort 4cyl used in road racing. Our computers are sealed and stock parts must be used. we can selectively pick "best" fuel reg, maf, iat or ect for max power. I notice some cars have a nice chocolate exhaust (seems to be faster) while most have a rich looking exhaust. We spend most or our ontrack time at coast or WOT--most adaptive info created at idle in pits
What is really happening here? and what mechanisms can be used to trick the adaptive stratedgy for max power on the track. races are about 40 minutes. System has maf,o2, iat,ect and tps thanks |
