Question Help?

Alright...i have a 1999 V6 coupe yellow mustang. i want the power behind it-but unfortunatly insurance didnt feel that a 16 year old girl needed the power i wanted. so im planning on doing some after market alterations. ive added a lot of cosmetic stuff, including a splitter and dual sidepipes-which added a few horses, but now im looking for a few other things. but i have a problem. everything i find is for GTs. Does anyone know where i can get a hold of somethign that will work on my car? also-if you have any better ideas-im open to suggestion. ok-first off i want lowering springs-i know tahts not going to increase speed-but tahts the last cosmetic thing im worried about. after that im looking for an intake-that i want to get immedeatly-but i was told that just by changing the air filter to SOMETHING (cant rememebr what) i could proabbly get better speed. does anyone know? also with the next few months im hoping to put on a supercharger. what is the best type, and can i get something for a V6? also-what is all of this going to run me-i have general ideas, but im not positive. any replies would be really helpful-you can also reach me on icq or email me. thanks so much!

It sounds like you are making a serious investment in your car. I would first look for a high flow air filter out of a mustang parts warehouse. These air filters are easy to find, but require a tad more attention to how clean they are. Sometimes they can allow harmful dust to enter the engine and this will hurt your long term performance. Be sure to ask about about the maintenance schedule. This is about all I know. Good luck!
