help me I miss my 'Stang

I need advice on my '89 mustang lx 2.3l

Here is my problem. When I start the car the oil pressure shoots up to normal and the engine runs beautifully. But as soon as the car warms up the oils pressure drops to nothing immediately and the engine runs like it's full of rocks. If anybody has any idea what is causing this i'd love the help.

Im no mechanic but maybe you need to get an oil change and new oil filter.
