Default 2.3 Ford Motorsports Headerss

In the 99 FMS catalog there is a listing on page 80 for exhaust header for the 2.3 ltr. engine in the Mustang/Pinto etc... PN M-9430-A4* In the quantity per package in the price list it states that it comes in "pair" Anyone know if they actually come in twos? The ford dealers here can't tell me.

It is a single unit, not a pair.

I know some stuff about it: It costs about $150, and it's for racing only. If ya want a header like that, you're better off getting a Pacesetter header, it costs about the same and has hookups for the O2 sensor. Or, you could get a '97-up ranger exhaust manifold which is really like a shorty tube header. however I'm not sure if it would fit on the four-plug 2.3L cuz it's designed for the twin-plug.

Yes, exhaust manifolds for twin plug and single plug 2.3L heads will interchange. The intake manifolds will not though.
