right on, dude. but i still say that aircare is a waste of time, half the time they give you the wrong printouts (happened to me twice) for other cars. so did you do anything to help you pass or did you just go to another place to be checked?

Can't agree more, AirCare has it's good points but the
gov turned it into a serious money grab, newer cars only test every 2 years now but have to pay double, and a retest is full price. As for what I did, without any vaccum line speck's was get the egr valve and system fuctional, filled up with hightest and a pint methl hydrate. The problem was it blew to high in the NoX test. Allowed was 2400 first test went to 2740 fail second test went to 670 Still want to track down the specks for all vaccum and emission systems though. There's always next year cya
