Lightbulb idle problems

Well, I have bad idle problems... Well my exhaust was welded and the weld broke cause I ran over a brick in a dip ... That was fine. Went to fix it but i heard a weird noise; like an exhaust leak ... So got my exhaust put back on and they said that I had cracked my exhaust manifold ... got that replaced ... well then I started to drive around and it drives fine and no problems till I am at a stop ... and it idles really rough ... shakes the whole car ... Check engine light came on ... So it was about time to replace plugs and wires ... did that ... Then still same effect ... I was wondering if anyone knows what is happening ... I dont have a clue ... I really dont work on cars, but beginning to want to ...
I have a 99 Mustang anniversary v6 about 70,000 miles on it ... Please help me!
