Default totaled?

i just got into a car accident, and it didn't seem like it would be totaled to me, since the damage was only concentrated in a small area..
but my dad said the frame may have been shifted, which equals a total. i was wondering if maybe from this small photo and other details i could give if you would think so.
thank you. :]

(the tire isn't facing that way because of the steering wheel, it was hit in that position and is stuck.

Default Re: totaled?

I thought the same about my 02 gt, but the body shop checked my frame with calipers underneath the car and they were able to see that all the holes lined up, thus no frame shift. You can't eyeball it.
