Default Ranger Header?

So I was looking around everywhere for a cheap header for my car when I suddenly realized "Hey it's a 4 cylinder but parts are still expensive" so after some extensive research I discovered that ranger manifolds are a direct bolt on and add some increase in power.
Might be worth checking out:

Cheap parts is the name of the game til a stroker finds its way under my hood.
