Default Slight Problem!!

I have a 95' ford mustang. Just the other day I blew the Head Cascet (or however you spell it) And the pistons are messed up and everything so I'm trying to decide on a new engine for about 500-1500 weather its new used or whatever as long as it works! Im looking for something wtih horsepower from around 280-320 anywere around there is fine. Any suggestions? If anyone has an Engine that will fit and will work for cheap please let me know! Thanks.
