Default 85 mustang 3.8 v6 driveability

i am working on an 85 v6 mustang that has an intermittent driveability problem(runs rough after it warms up.ignition components appear up to snuff(cap rotor wires plugs etc..) i suspect i may have a problem with the throttle position sensor(maybe breaking down after it warms up).the computer was downloaded and showed no latched fault codes.

any ideas?it's my kids car and would like to get it running decent again.
is there an adjustment procedure if you swap out the throttle position sensor?
any help would be greatly appreciated.
thanks in advance.
