Default Leakage on back-seat floor and behind back-seat on '99 Convertible?

Hi,
I'm quite new to the whole Mustang-thing, and even more to repairing them.
I bought my first Mustang this passed fall, since I thought, one cannot live in the US without owning an true American car. Thought about getting myself a GT, but ended up buying a yellow '99 convertible, and have been very happy with it so far.

However, now, during the rainy season here in northern CA i've realized that the car leaks in water on some spots. I noticed the top is leaking in water that is collected behind the back-seat in a big pile, but this seems like a common problem, and not a huge problem. But does anyone know if it's easy to fix this without changing the top? Where is the leak?

The biggest problem however, that i realized the other day, was that it leaks in somehow, and the water ends up on the back-seat floor behind the driver's seat. I recall this happened before once, but then it wasn't too bad, but this time the floor was literally soaked, and the carpet is all wet. I've used like a big roll of paper and a towel, and still haven't got it dried. Have anyone experienced this problem before? Is it a common problem, or is it just me?

Thanks in advance,
Viktor
