So what kinds of things should I expect to start going wrong....

I bought a 98 V-6 coupe recently and it has 79,000 miles on it. It runs perfect, it was 'ford certified' before I bought it, serviced, etc. But I wonder what kinds of things are going to start going wrong soon? Can someone speak from experience? Just want to be prepared LOL :D

I have had mine from around 80,000 till 156,000. I still have mine. The only things I have had to do was the Head gaskets on a recall and the timing chain replaced. Other wise it has been a great car no problems. You will enjoy this car. You should hopefully have many miles ahead of you pefore you run into any problems.

Thanks that makes me feel really good. I just recently sold my 88 that was just constantly breaking down, and it is a relief to finally drive a stang that I dont have to worry about constantly.
