Default Speed Density question (92 F150 5.0 E4OD)

I have a 92 F150 with a 5.0, speed density system. I wanted to upgrade to Mass Air but it has the EAOD tranny and no one
(trust me I have checked) makes it for the EAOD tranny, just the AOD and manual trans.
So my question is what mods are compatable with speed density? I'm not looking to race it or nothing, just need abit more
than 185hp @ 3800 and 270 tq @ 2400 in a 4000 pound vehicle.
1.7 ratio rockers? (1.6 stock)
CompuCam? (designed for computer controlled engines)
Headers?
Cat-back?
Pullies?
Thermostat? (running a 180 deg now and seems to help)
Anything else?
I'm not in the market for a supercharer either....

Sounds like a great lineup to me, but maybe a better intake to match the cam and headers would be a good idea. Remember: more air in = more power & air out.
If you really want to bust out some power, I think you'd be a lot happier with a 351W or a 460. You have a 4000 lb. vehicle, and it takes twice as much power to move that as a Mustang. 351W's are pretty easy to find and are cheap to modify. Are sure that your transmission isn't a E4OD? Just curious. Good luck, and those upgrades sound good to me.
