Default Re: suspension for a 95

For fun, sporty driving replacing the shocks and struts goes ALONG ways toward improving how it handles (good stock replacement, KONI, BILSTEIN). Installing a rear sway bar will make the biggest difference, and one from a GT will bolt right in. Also the second biggest improvement i've noticed is replacing the rear control arms with tubular control arms with polyeurethane bushings (ends the back end "wag" from the stock rubber bushings). Installing mustang GT springs or getting 1 1/2" lowering springs will improve road feel, ride and make the car alot sportier as well. You can buy these parts at a reputable speed shop site like www.summitracing.com or www.jegs.com, www.stangsuspension.

It depends on the type of driving you plan on doing. You have different suspension setups for daily drivers, 1/4mile only stangs, and autocross stangs.
