Default Swapping from '93 into a '95

Im about to do a huge project this winter. Im buying a '95 6cyl car and swapping all drivetrain from my '93 into my '95. Im looking for any suggestions to make the swap go a little easier. Should I just use the wiring harness from the '93 and put it into the '95...Should I buy a '95 GT wiring harness and convert the '93 coil and distributor to the newer harness...etc. Im sure someone out there has done this before.

Thanks
