clutch and flywheel upgrade
Can somebody tell me about a good clutch and flywheel upgrade for a 03 GT ??? I hear that this kind of upgrade can reduce power loss through the transmission. Any suggestions will help!

The clutch and flywheel aren't going to reduce losses through the drivetrain much, but if you get a lightened flywheel the reduced inertia will allow it to rev up quicker. A better clutch will also shift harder if your tires can handle it.
I am planning on doing the same thing soon on mine as it is approaching 50k miles. I plan on going with the Spec stage II clutch and Spec aluminum flywheel. There is a guy over on corral.net named Art that sells them for a good price.
