The headers have a ball and socket type fitting to the y-pipe on later models, whereas your model likely has exhaust manifold that hooks up fairly straight without and ball and socket fitting, rather a flange on a slightly flared pipe end. You would likely need to get the part of the y-pipe that hooks onto the headers or just get custom exhaust.
