Default v6 swap

ok i have a 1986 mustang v6 and i was wondering if i could get some advice. i am thinking about swapping the motor in it out and putting a supercharged v6 out of a thunderbird in. everything should pretty much bolt right up right? would i have to modify the wiring harness?
