Post Voltage drop

Please Help.
89 Lx 2.3l 4 cyl. Voltage drops when ac on and fan in high. battery load test good, alternator bench test good, new alternator same problem, new ends on alternator same problem.

Not sure about the newer cars, but assuming that the VOLTAGE REGULATOR is still a seperate piece from the alternator, I would replace it. It controlls the voltage output from the alt. Doc.
