Whinning Noise on my 93 5.0 Can you help Me?

This is my first post on this board and I am looking for some help. I currently have a 1993 lx 5.0 w/34,000 miles. Recently I have noticed a noise coming from my Mustang that started out as a whinning noise and has gradually gotten worse. Has any of you ever experienced this before. I can not pin point the noise but it sounds as if it could be coming from the transmission. Also, if I barely tap the clutch the noise goes away once i release the clutch it starts back.

PLEASE HELP...

Sounds to me like it's your throw out bearing. A whining or chriping noise.
