Default 5 lug pony wheel

hello everyone,
i have an 89 mustang with a 5 lug conversion (sn95 spindles, rotors calipers, rear axles, calipers, rear disc, ect) does anyone make a 16inch pony wheel that will fit this application? I realize that pony R makes 17, and 18 inch wheels, but i would like them in a 16 inch. (for a factory look)

any help would be great!!
