Default lug nut questions?

i got a 1999 gt mustang and i just bought 17x8 bullit rims. can my stock nuts work on these rims? i looked at them and they are just a nut thats it, do i need lug nuts? and if so what size exactly,...length, width, thread, open end, acorn all that stuff. i dont know thta much about lugs anthing would help, thanks.

Sure your stock lugnuts will work. You may want to think about some Chrome lug nuts since they will show, and of course some locking lug nuts.

really...cuz i always thought that stock nuts wouldnt work. isnt there a gap between the threads and the hole in the rim if i use stock nuts? is that ok?

Take one of your lugnuts off, and look at it on the Bullitt wheel. It should have the same taper. If you are not sure, have the guys at the tire shop look at it, they will know because they mount thousands of wheels. You can order Chrome Lug Nuts for the Bullitt wheels at Ford, or you can find some at the tire store.
