The 94's still came with 5.0s, so I would imagine you could. It would be alot of work though, motor mounts, wiring harness, trans, rearend, plus probably 1000's of other things. You probably have drum brakes in the rear I would guess too, the 5.0s i believe came with 4wheel disc brakes. If you had a donor car or alot of cash, it would be possible. Im more into the vintage stuff though and dont know too much about the late model stuff.

you would need a tranny from a 94 or 95 5.0, imput shaft and bellhousing are just a little longer to make it fit in the 94 and 95

The V6 rear end will work.
For the trans you can use your V-6 just swap the input shaft for a V8 shaft. This is easy & cheaper than replacing the trans.
You can stick with the drums but the 94 GT or Cobra brakes would be better. Not to mention the calipers fully loaded are pretty reasonable from any parts house. Upgrading the brakes would meen the MC as well. An SVO cylinder can be picked up cheap through any parts house.
Motor mounts can be had at most salvage yards in usable condition cheap.
The harness should be easily available once again cheap just do some searching on line.

As bmxmon mentioned a donor car makes the swap easy. There are plenty out there that usually go for under $2K. Of coarse that is usually W/O motor but if you really look around you can find some great deals. Just be patient.
