3.8 thunderbird SC supercharger.

3.8 thunderbird SC supercharger.

I am wondering about this setup, it says that you can install one of these things in a 5.0 and it is almost a complete bolt up....

seeing how i don't have flow for a nice vortech SC....

i figure i could go cheap for now with one of these setups....

do any of you think that this is a good idea and if so is it really a bolt up setup or am i heading into a thunderstorm of problems...

thanks for any input...

You are heading into a thunderstorm of problems. BBK used to sell a kit that you could put a M-90 on a stang. They no longer make this kit and it is very diffucilt to find one. The BBK had about a 1.5 inch snout compared to the 9 incher on the T-bird one. You might be able to use Kenne-Bell piping to make one work (I saw someone do it with a M-112 once), but have no Idea what that would cost. Whoe ver says that it is easy on a 5.0 is full of ****:)
