Shocks Struts And Caster/camber Plates?!?!?!

i have a set of lowering springs (bbk 2inch specific rate) i want to put new struts and shocks in. although my camber is out casue my tires wear on the inner edge. My question is, should use caster/camber plates, for one to make it easier for adjustment, and do i need them so i dont blow the new struts out, so i get the little bit of hieght out of installing them??

Ya, you need a set of camber plates, Especially with the car lowered that much. Youve got way too much negative camber if the insides of the fronts are wearing first. So you know exactly what your camber is set at? I dont think youl blow anything without camber plates except cash on new tires!

Ive been running 1.3- camber on fronts with no inside wear issues. For autocross I need more though. I have the new maximum motorport 4 bolt camber plates and Im very happy with them. You can adjust camber and caster separately

Does anybody know the max neg camber you can run without wear issues? Ive just lowered my 99 with the Ford c spring kit and dont want to be in the same boat as Vinny here!
