**** !!!!! I can't make it guys. I worked on this crappy *** car all day long.

I thought the old pump was turning, so I super glued a new hardened shaft into the distributor and I put the distrib back into the car. I tried to start it up, and SNAP. It broke the hardened rod.

I wanted to go so bad tomrrow.

Im taking it to a guys house tomrrow to have him do the oil pump job.

Sorry to hear that Sky, I didnt make it either. I ended up going to Fontana and watching them race there.
What valve covers are you using and what kind of breather cap/pcv setup are you using? My car is running like **** ! Please reply to the thread I am about to make and let me know anything you can think of that may help. thanks.
