What type of screw to remove seatbelt?
Hi,
I need to remove the bolt that's located on the bottom end of the seat-belt assembly. Right now, my passenger seatbelt only has the across-the-chest support (no waist)... Basically I need to remove the bolt that's near the bottom so I can hook up the other end of the seat belt. Does anyone know what kind of bolt remover I would need? Does anyone even know what I'm talking about? http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...rd/biggrin.gif Thank! Bye! ------------------ Gautam N. The bolt you're trying to remove is called a Torx. I pulled mine out but I couldn't tell you off the top of my head what size it is, all I know is that it's a fairly large one. It sorta resembles an allen screw but it has more corners. You'll see. When you find the Torx bit you need, get the one that goes on your 3/8" ratchet. Much easier to remove.

It is a Torx 50. T50. it's about $3 at Sears.
