Power Seat Trouble
 

The extra pounds i've picked up during Christmas's and Thanksgivings of the past, must really be killing my car.

Would not really be a problem but occasionally my drives the car too,and she 's about a foot shorter than me.
Does any one know how interchangeable the power seat motors are form the variious body types i.e 87-93,94-98, and 99 to current. If figure if i can swap it with a newer one I'd be less likely to have the trouble come back. Also I figure the newer part is probably a lot stronger. Could be that me alternator(stock) just isnt giving the motor enough juice.

I have heard that the seats from sn95 stangs (94 and up) will fit into a fox body (79-93), and I wouldn't be surprised if they are the same motors (blast your power seats). If you were planning on picking stuff up from the junkyard, go grab the motors and try em, I think its a good chance they will fit. If you have any trouble installing them just ask. And this should probably be in Windsor Power, it'll get moved there.
