First you have to set up the users rides.. then go to edit your ride and add your pic.. here are the rules for the pics:

You may upload and post up to three pictures with your listing, but they must be in .JPG format only and the system will not let you upload a picture that is over 100K (102400 bytes). Please, try to resize your photos to 600 x 400 pixels. Or, at least make them SMALLER in dimension than this. If you are using Paint Shop Pro, then save your photos with the JPG compression set at 10 (or 75%). If you are using Photoshop (preferred), then save your photo's using Image Ready. Optimize them to JPG High or Medium. This will provide good quality, but should help keep them under the size limit. But, you'll have to check and make sure they are.
