Fastest STOCK Z06 in GT3
 

Since I'm still waiting for my 01 GT to show up, I have had alot of time to play Gran Turismo 3. As much as I like the Cobra R, I like the Z06 better. I got my Z06 down to a 12.994 in the 400m. This was stock. No tires, no flywheel, no exhaust, no brakes, NOTHING. I am curious as to how my time compares to others who keep track of what their cars run. Anyone have a stock Z06 that can beat a 12.994???

Is it bias to the imports like GT1 and GT2?

Dam, that is the only thing I really dislike about that game. I understand that there are a lot of super fast imports that never come here and cost a fortune, they are good for a video game, but what about the "real life" *** kicking cars that were hotrodded by the backyard mechanic?

I am gonna buy gt3 and ps2 on friday night hopefully(payday!)........i nhope none of u think u can cut faster 400m times then i can.........i keep searching for a regular car in gt2 that can hit the 8's......so far only 3 9 second cars........my audi,porsche and something else...........are there any fox bodys in gt3????????

Nope, just the one Cobra R that's it.

i think they should make a north america version of itand make it all muscle cars....and make it so when u buy ur car u can put on diff parts......for instance u buy a 69 roadrunner u get a choice between the hemi, 383, and the 440+6......i think mthat would be the coolest.....and make it so u can pick ur rear end.....not every part in the engine just main stuff like wut engine and gears........main muscle cars like roadrunner,cuda,charger68-70(not the shitty 71 in gt2),challenger,chevelle,nova,mustangs,torino,fair lane,camaros,impala
for the mustangs and camaros 1 car from each generation.......and u pick whether u want it to be iroc z28 or ss
u get wut i'm saying probably or even had this idea urself
would that be to much to put in a game ????
with that limited space i don't know if that is possible even with the low number of cars

maybe u could have 2 discs with one to race and the other to build and buy cars and have 1 to race

I just wish you could SUPERCHARGE the American cars. They let you turbo the piss out of the jap cars and make them push 1000 hp but the American cars must stay NA. And give us some NOS too http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/biggrin.gif

Damn, i was about to ask you guys how to get a gt stang on gt3, i mean something besides the cobra mustang? i guess there is no classic muscle cars either? http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/frown.gif oh my z06 goes 11.0 in the 400m, but far from stock, and still does 200mph

Sounds like we could have some good racing my Cobra R 10.99 to your Z06 11.0.

I have not yet played GT3 but when GT1 came out I had a mitsubishi GTO Twin turbo AWD running a low 9 I had the skyline almost as fast
