no more aod

I did the aod to tremec swap this weekend on my 93lx. I now remember why I hate autos. It has allot more pep now, and it is much more fun to drive.
It was not that bad. It took us about 13 hours to do the swap. The worst part was changing the pedals. I have puncture marks on my back from the seat studs.

Congratulations!

AOD to Tremec is a big job, as you mentioned, but the reward is great.

I've done this (on a Camaro) once and it's like getting a new car, once the stick is installed. Enjoy...you've earned it. http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/biggrin.gif

I think that you have to buy a harness to plug in to the manual trans. Also, the nutral saftey switch has to be pluged in to. They say that it is taped up to the main wire harness, but I could not find it. I just bypassed it.
