Sixth month evaluation today.
 

Well I had my first performance evalutaion today and it went great. I work for a small company so it was very friendly. Just me and the three engineers. We talked about ALL my GOOD points and my SINGLE weakness. I was very pleased and oh yeah I got a raise. It's not much but every little bit helps get a little closer to faster cars right. Just thought I'd share my joy hope everyone has a good day.
