Power estimate?
hey guys, as you might have read earlier, im looking into buying a 1987-1992 Mustang GT. anyway, i found a 1990 Mustang GT with some mods and i wanted to know if these mods would make any significant difference in power over stock? its got headers, exhaust, a K&N filter, and something called Lombard. as for the headers/exhaust im not sure of the brands, it didnt say, and im not even sure if "Lombard" is a performance part, again, im new. sorry for the newbie questions but im trying to learn. This car is a 1990 Mustang GT and its got 93000 miles and its going for $4500, and its also got some extras. think its a good deal? thanks for any info or opinions.

I believe that the Fox GT's of that year made 225hp stock. If this one's got full exhaust, and the K&N, you're looking at likely 240hp...250hp I would think at best, depending on the type of x or h-pipe, and the type of catback.

lumbar i am assuming seats which are the 1's that let u pump air in and out
headers will take away from low end torque on a stock engine don't really know if 4500 is good or not because i am in canada seems a little high i think i bought my 90 gt which is in decent shape for 4300 canadian ------------------ Black 1990 gt cobra bonestock not for long |
