i read that the n.m.r.a and bradenton have booked for 5 years to run an event there in march??

They did nothing short of stealing the event from FFW. FFW has been running the Spring Break Shootout there for 11 years now and NMRA went behind their back and not only scheduled a race there but did it on the same date as FFW. FFW has build that event into a premiere event. Now FFW will be looking for a new track. Before NMRA was just another organization but after this I will never race within that organization again.

So does that mean that there will be no FFW at Bradenton this year? I was really looking forward to going there this year also, I don't know if I am going to have my truck back by the end of this week, its in the body shop getting some warranty work done.

No there will not be a FFW event at Bradenton this year. Hopefully they will be able to secure a track in Florida, maybe Moroso or Orlando for the season opener.

Well that sucks that there is no FFW in Bradenton this year, well atleast there will be one this weekend, if it doesn't rain, at Moroso.
