The 5th Circuit Court of Appeals wrote an incredible opinion on the true meaning of the 2nd Amendment in a case called USA vs Emerson. If you're a second amendment supporter, read it so that you're ready for the next time someone tries to tell you that the 2nd Amendment only applies to the national guard.
