Just the Right Combo... (HELP)
 

OK, we've been through the whole muffler thing but NOW my honey wants an X-pipe too! MEN! UGHH... Just Kidding babe. Anyways, whats the best sounding X and muffler combo on the market? I've heard Dr. Gas, Bassani, etc etc. I just don't now what to buy for the Cobra.

YOu can get the Dr. Gas if you want, but it's really for race use only, atleast that's what they will tell you. They do sell the crossover seperate, and then you just weld it into whatever piping you have. It works and sounds good, but not for me. Sounds too much like a average Mustang.

The Bassani sounds so good. I have one on the GT and when the tires break loose, it sounds like someone ripping some sort of cloth, or denim(sp?), but amplified x100. I also had a Dr.Gas on the GT, but I just couldn't live with the annoying sounds it made. Alot of people like it, and rightfully so, but it's just not for me.

I recommend the Bassani. But then again, I do have a baised opinion.
