Changing your user name
 

From time to time I receive e-mail requests to change a user name. This is to let everyone who may be thinking of doing this (now or in the future) know how it works.

It's not possible to change the user name on an existing account.

You would have to e-mail me or Dan McClain and request to have your account deleted.
Once the account has been deleted (I would notify you by e-mail) you'll have to re-register with your new user name.

That's about it. Pretty simple but not something I want to be doing all the time, so please don't make this request just because you're bored with your user name.

Also, I get a lot of e-mail, and Dan gets much more than I do, so I can't promise a fast response to an account deletion request.
