Member Titles
 

Hey Dan, I am curious to your thoughts on changing member name titles so something other than "Senior Member." I have seen other sites where members have custom titles, which makes them unique. I'm not sure if you want to keep this page simple and stock as it is. BTW still love your site!

I don't know what Dan thinks about this but I'm curious as to what kind of names you had in mind? Please give some examples. Thanks.

I've seen:
"Super Stallion"
"Lite 'em up"
"Super Stanger"
"Drag Tech Mod"
"Turn 'em Loose"
"The Other Man"
"Pinto Lover"
Just to name a few....

I would not mind having titles like: "Can't catch me!", "Cobra Man", etc. Titles that might signify who you are in addition to your member name. But clearly for fun.

Dan, what do you think?

There are only two titles that I can set for regular users. Also, I must specify how many posts it takes for a user to go from one to the other. So, those are my limitations currently.

Thanks Dan! Just curious, can you change the title of a moderator to say something else? Maybe what I was seeing at Stangnet was moderators who had custom titles.

I can change the title that moderators are given (I believe), but it would change ALL the moderators to that title, not just one of them.
