Last Visited Date

Help me out, Dan.
I noticed that the date showing when I last visited has 1-10-2000 and it shows this every time I come on. What do I need to do??
Thanks

HMMM.. Something with your cookie entries on your browser for the board must be screwed up. Go into the "Preferences" area, there is a link near the top of most msgboard pages. There is a link on that page somewhere that says something like, "Erase your cookie entries". Click that. After this, select to your preferences again (cookies to yes, and number of days worth of posts to view) and then submit the form. That should reset them.

Works fine here, don't know what to tell you except that something must be screwy with your cookie entries on your browser. Which browser are you using?

If it is Netscape, you could easily DELETE your cookies.txt file in your user directory under Netscape. Then you could reset them on the site. Of course, that will trash ALL cookies on your browser altogether.

It worked it worked it worked!!!!
Your last post got me wondering...We have Norton SystemWorks loaded and when you said about the cookies being messed up I went and checked and because we have the safety sweep set up I think that when I went to clear out cookies from this site Norton wouldn't let it do its thing. Did a manual delete and came back on - changed preferences - viola. My faith in modern technology has been restored. Cheers. http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...oard/smile.gif
