70mm or Dremel inside of existing T.B.

I would do it right and go to the 70mm....
But if your lookin for more productive mods:

Look at 3.73 Gears, pulleys, and even a bigger MAF may let your horse breathe better than just a throttle body alone...

Yeah. A larger throttle will cost you a good ammount of money and do not quite, but almost, exactly nothing for you at this point. I wouldn't bother until you do quite a bit more.

In my opinion the biggest mistake Ford made with the modular engines is that they gear them like they are 5.0s. Gears will make a bigger difference then anything you do short of a power adder. So basically, get a set of 3.73s, and forget about (for now) the throttle body.
