Bell Housing 4 T56 trany
 

Does anybody make a bellhousing for the 4.6L 2V if I were to get a 6 speed T56 ?? Also The swap is from a T45 to a T56, do I need a new driveshaft?? And also does steada make a tri-ax for the T56 ???

Yep. Tremac makes a T56 with the proper bell housing for Mustangs. Its my understanging that the T56 is longer then the T45 so I would imagine that you would need a different drive shaft, but I don't know for sure, or any details.

Unfortantly I don't think Steeda makes a Tri-Ax for a T56 yet, which is a shame. Maybe some day...

Oh yeah, I would ask Tremec about the drive shaft. I'm sure they know all the details.

The t-56 is longer than the t-45 and you will have to have your driveshaft shortened or you may be able to pick one up for various vendors. Check last issue of MM&FF..
They installed one into Superfly..
