99 Cobra IMRC
 

Do 99 cobras have the IMRC plates in them? For some reason I heard someone state that their 99 Cobra didn't have them from the factory. So the don't have the 3200 RPM kick.

you heard it right! the 99's don't have the imrc's and do not have the kick but if fixed they shouldn't need them. i have heard the new cams hurt torque though but looking at bad dad's numbers, i doubt it.
