Synthetic oils, way to go, worth the cost? Looking at Redline for engine and manual trans oils. Want the best for our baby!

It depends on your driving habits. I use Redline synthetic ATF in the trans and Quakerstate synthetic 5W30 oil because I only drive the car approx. 50 miles a week and it's 99% hard driving.

My habbits are similar to EXAM1999, and I use Mobil 1 5W-30 fully synthetic simply because I have always heard this is the best oil money can buy.
