Should I Buy another Stang?

After I got into an accident w/ a truck in my '91 5.0L, I thought I didn't want another Stang because I needed to concentrate on school work and not spend so much time with my car. So I bought a '97 Tbird w/ a 4.6L. Here's a pic. http://albums.photopoint.com/j/ViewP...182&p=40267494

So here I am like any true gear head already putting bolt on's on this car and planning a head swap and other big cost mods. I really like the way it rides, handles, and looks, but the allure of a muscle car is not in it. I find myself longing for another Mustang and since I am putting money out for mods, why not let it be another Stang? My insurance can't get any higher, lol, so I am figuring on getting a 94-95 5.0L Conv't 5spd.
I can probably sell my bird for around $11,000.
So my question is, what do you think???? Should I get another Stang???

Yes, T-Birds are nice, but they just dont come close to the stang...

You know, if you save up a bit, then get $11 for the T-bird, you're getting pretty close to Cobra country...

I'll cast another vote. Get yourself another stang. If you want a 4.6 you can buy mine. http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...rd/biggrin.gif 55,500 miles on it.

I was in a similair boat. I went through (2) F150's, a jeep, and a bronco hoping to ditch the modification bug. http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...rd/biggrin.gif It didn't work! I lifted the bronco and jeep and one of the f150's was lowered. I gave in and bought my 2000 as a nice "stock" daily driver while I built up my 88. As you can tell by the sig I've stuck with my plan http://www.mustangworks.com/interact...d/rolleyes.gif but I don't regret it for 1 second. This is by far the most fun I've had with Mustang to date and my last car was much quicker.

I had an 86 GT for 10 years. Then when I switched to my current job, my wife decided that I couldn't drive 150 miles per day commuting in the GT, so I traded for a TBird. Nice car, but it wasn't a Stang, and I wanted to get back into a 5 speed.

Now I'm in a Cobra and not commuting (moved close to this job) and I'm a LOT happier.

Get a stang. Don't waste time or money on the Tbird. Better to buy an older GT than a new Tbird. Just my .02
