Surging?? what is going on>?
 

OK, here is the problem, and it's really starting to get on my nerves.
On my car, and this is the thing that really gets me. For some reason just within the last couple of days my car has started to do this surging wanna be thing when I go into third. But it only does it when I am at neutral throttle http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/confused.gif . Could this be my by-pass valve giving me problems or could it be fuel pressure related? http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/eek.gif I don't think it's fuel pressure because this happens no where else except for in third. This is really starting to send me up a limb so if anybody could shed some light on the subject I would appreciate it. http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/rolleyes.gif

My 96' Cobra does the exact same thing sometimes, but only is second for me at neutral throttle. No idea what it is, but it is a bit annoying...

My '97 Cobra does it at WOT sometimes when the revs are around 5500. I wish I knew how to fix it.

I didn't find out what the problem is but I did of find out a whay to get it to quit. I noticed today that when it starts to do it, if I back off a bit and then get back in it. It goes away for some reason. Hope this helps you guys and gals out.
