Cobra Sometimes Hard to Start - HELP!

My car always starts up fine when it is cold. You know how they kinda rev up a little when started. But after it gets warm, if I shut it down and try to crank it after about 10 minutes it takes a lot longer (about 5 seconds) for it to fire off, and when it does it doesn't rev, it just kinda sputters and I have to give it gas to keep it running. Once I give it gas it runs fine. Does anyone have any idea what is causing this embarassing problem? I have a new fuel filter and the car has done this since day 1 before any mods. HELP!!! http://www.mustangworks.com/msgboard/confused.gif

PS - I also wait until the fuel pump stops before attempting to start. Sometimes I even cycle the key to let it run again, but it makes no difference.

I dont have any idea what causes it, but my 96 cobra does the same exact thing sometimes. Its kind of scary because sometimes it seems like it isnt going to start. I will let you know if I find anything...
