having problems with 96 cobra
 

need a little help. when in second or third gear taching about 5k it starts to hesitate but after that it pulls back in full power.
If anyone has had this problem please let me know how to fix. Also ran at the track it didn't hesitate but i could only get my trap speed to 92mph or 93mph. thanks
