Front End Alignment

I just had the squeaky steering rack tie-rods replaced on my '96 GT. When they realigned it after the repair(they only did toe-in as that's all the tie-rods affect) they said my caster and chamber were way out on one side, like 4 degrees caster!! How could the caster go out?!
Does anyone know what the stock caster, chamber, and toe-in is supposed to be? Also, is the 'stang adjustable for those or do you have to buy shims or eccentrics?

How about chamber for aggresive driving, I'm not autocrossing so I don't want to go too crazy and burn up the inner thread.

Thanks for any advice.
