I am not a stereo guru but Gut how far away from your ignition box is it mounted??? That is what always gave me fits was when my MSD box was close to any part of the system ie:speakers, head unit, amps or wires.

thanks I figured it out though one of my speaker wires were too close to my power wires oh yea on other question does it matter if your ground and your power are too close togather

The spacing in your power and grounds (or if they're side by side or cross over) shouldn't affect anything in your system. It's moreso signal cables (speaker wires and interconnects) that can introduce noise into your system.
