Quick question for Michigan Mustang owners
 

I was wondering if you order performance upgrade parts through out of state companies or is there quality businesses to go to directly for parts such as exhaust, heads, intake, etc.? I live in the middle of General Motors territory (near Flint) and would much rather talk to some one face to face to answer my questions or buy parts. As of this moment I am restoring my 89 notchback with a bone stock 302. So I am focusing more on the interior parts but with motor mods in the near future. I do spend some time in the detroit area and was wondering if there was any good places to go.

I'll have to add Ramchargers to that list, too. I've had pretty good luck with them, kinda like a mini-Summit Racing with very competitive prices.
